Musk increasingly doubts about buying Twitter: fake / spam accounts are too many

Elon Musk's purchase of Twitter is more in doubt than ever . After the break a few days ago necessary to have a more precise estimate of the fake / spam accounts, it seems that this count is not at all pleasing to the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, who a few hours ago (obviously in a tweet) basically stated that the deal won't go ahead until Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal collaborates.

According to Musk, in fact, untruthful accounts are many more than 20% : more than 1 Twitter user out of 5 would be a bot or a false. That's 4 times more than Twitter's estimates, and yesterday Agrawal refused to provide evidence of the social network's claims.

Musk for his part is behind the fact that his offer was based on other assumptions , and until there is evidence that spam / fake accounts are less than 5%, the deal it will not.

The ball then passes to Agrawal, but never as today the agreement seems really in the balance , and in the meantime the shares of Twitter continue to decline. Is there another strategy behind it? We will only know in the next few days.
