We looked for some crunchy terms to define these Paww SilkSound, but in the end we can say that probably the phrase “a hairband with bluetooth audio” is the most suitable definition, even if the most obvious.

Beautiful, even when switched off
Needless to say, what is most striking about the Paww SilkSound is the shape, colors and patterns (four) available, an all-female appeal for a classic object that lends itself very well even when turned off.
Inside the box there is a rigid headphone holder with a soft fabric bag inside, useful for travel, and the two cables, one for power supply (MicroUSB) and one analogue for connection via jack.
The headphones prove what they represent in the images, a nice curious object that some girls will find really comfortable to have on their heads, because they would have worn it anyway.

What you immediately notice is the lightness once worn: you can feel them because, especially for those with large hair, the headphones slip into the hair, creating a very recognizable shape.
But despite this the headphones are very light, with practically non-existent pads perfectly integrated into the plastic of the shape.
On the one hand there is the MicroUSB connector for recharging and the buttons for audio and playback control, as well as the power button that also acts as a pairing (activity a bit to be reviewed, however, too irritating in the various phases) while in the other there is the jack connector for analog audio.

In the final part of the headphones a slight bulge shows the ear speakers, with above in black on black, the L / R indication to wear them correctly, although a slight tilt to one side makes it difficult to get the wrong sense.
In the upper part, where he rests his head at the top, two small combs allow the headphones to adhere perfectly to the hair (and I presume they make it impossible for those who do not have hair to wear, like our model Jack to whom we have inserted a wig to the occasion).
The only attention is given by the presence of the glasses, in particular those models with sturdy temples, which could clash with the final part of the headphones, but a lot depends on the hair and how they are worn.
To facilitate transport, the headphones fold in half, exactly where the extension stroke begins.

Audio
Those who take these headphones certainly do not do it for high musical fidelity: in fact the main asset here is the look, the audio in fact is a bit sacrificed and even the microphone, during phone calls, is not excellent.
But the music is heard, especially considering that often when you go around you listen to music that is not exactly perfect in an environment full of disturbances.
We have listened to several top tracks, appreciating the mid tones but regretting the bass a little, especially the sense of involvement that we have on the slightly more professional headphones, which PAWW is not lacking.

Considerations
In our opinion the Paww SilkSound are a great idea, a perfect gift for a classmate, for a birthday, for the office colleague or even for the mother, who knows, to remind her of when she was young and ran with the headband and the Vespa scarf.
The cost is very low, the four colors are fun options for those looking for a personal touch and the audio, even if it is not the best, has its own reason in a model that, as we have seen, can be appreciated even when turned off (case practically unique in Bluetooth headphones).
