Starlink is aiming for Internet speed which will reach 300 Mbps by the end of the year

Starlink , Elon Musk's revolutionary idea that aims to bring Internet connection to every corner of the globe thanks to the satellite network, by the end of the year will double its speed up to 300 Mbps and latency will be reduced to 20 ms .

This is stated by Musk himself through a reply to a user on Twitter who had published the results of a speedtest carried out with the kit by Starlink. Furthermore, part of the project is also to widen more and more the coverage of the network signal until it completely touches the Earth and, moreover, to densify it , considering that the best performances will coincide with areas with medium and low population density. In urban areas, however, mobile phones will always enjoy a greater advantage.

These forecasts will certainly be well received by all those who have made the pre-order of Starlink (here the details on the pre-order also for Italy). However, we must also remember that we must carefully consider the promises made by Elon Musk, especially as regards the timing .
